It’s been too long since my last amazing post about the best whey protein isolate (which was also ranked best by bodybuilding.com), so what better whey to return than to start another challenge? Only this one is not going to end!
Inspired by this guys blog, I will be forfeiting my shampoo, or rather NYSC’s shampoo, in favor of straight hot water. This will be particularly interesting as my hair is the longest it’s been since I had a rat’s tail in 4th grade. I’m expecting a brilliant natural shine, but I’m going to miss screaming out in orgasmic ecstasy whenever I rubbed shampoo through my hair.

Very cool! My biggest piece of advice is to stay strong. I wanted to quit the first few weeks, but now almost 6 months later I am going strong. And its just wake up and hot water and go. Nothing else to it now.
Even the no-deodorant thing has been going well! Very surprising…
