When I am in the zone I have to have music playing. Silence just doesn’t cut it for my brain, which is why I love Pandora. I set up a quickmix of trip-hop, rap, punk, emo, and electronic and I am good to go for hours. The best is when Mogwai or Explosions in the Sky comes on and I can just use the music and rhythms to concentrate on whatever I am working on. I feel motivated and usually get chills. A couple new favorites of mine are The Album Leaf and Here We Go Magic. Instrumental Gatorade to fuel your creativity. I highly suggest checking them out.
