It’s back.

That incessant need to make this site perfect that I thought I fought off with the last redesign of this site has reared its ugly head again. I spent most of today drafting a new design for lefthandkarma and after only one day I am confident in what I’ve come up with. That’s an improvement. Changes to be made so stick around.

I ventured up north this past weekend with Mike and Drew to  go boarding at Mt. Snow. We crashed at Josh’s sweet apartment for the weekend and he joined our party for the rest of the trip to Mt. Snow on Saturday. We left late-ish and upon getting to the mountain realized that it would be cheaper to wait and buy our tickets, as it was 11:30am and half-day prices began at 12. Without any hesitation the four of us walked to the bar to see how many beers we could pound before 12.

2 rounds past the time and before we knew it it was 12:20. Josh and I looked at each other and I knew we were both thinking the same thing: How bad would it be to travel all the way to Mt. Snow only to skip the boarding and spend all day getting drunk in the bar? Not bad at all we decided, but Drew interjected before we could encourage this daydream of ours and it was off to the lifts. The rest of the day we spent enjoying the fresh cool Vermont air, carving our way down the mountain and throwing in the occasional trick here and there. The conditions were OK, but Drew wouldn’t know as he offered to teach Mike how to board and only took two runs before the day was over. Luckily for him, a bottle of Patron is on it’s way courtesy of Mike. And he’s going again this weekend. Lucky.
